Así reaccionó el deporte de Estados Unidos al Martin Luther King Day
LOS ÁNGELES, California. - Como cada año, en el tercer lunes de enero, los estadounidenses honran al líder de los derechos civiles Martin Luther King Jr., nacido el 15 de enero de 1929 y asesinado el 4 de abril de 1968.
Así que, como parte de la conmemoración por el trabajo de Luther King, las diferentes ligas de Estados Unidos recordaron la labor del luchador social mediante sus redes sociales.
Este #MLKDay honramos y celebramos la vida del Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., quien trabajó por el progreso, la igualdad y la importancia de los actos para el beneficio de otros.

La MLS escribió: "honramos y celebramos la vida del Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., quien trabajó por el progreso, la igualdad y la importancia de los actos para el beneficio de otros. Elige un día como hoy para ser voluntario y retribuir a las causas que más aportan en tu comunidad".
